Surface and Interface Analysis 「Cover Image」に採用されました
このたび、雑誌 Surface and Interface Analysis に当社 表面科学研究部の鮫島純一郎が執筆した論文が、表紙（Cover Image）に採用されました（図1）。論文名は以下の通りです。
